This rare cross of endangered Caspian and AQHA has resulted in a fabulous, versatile athelete. Before embarking on his hunter career, Shadaz was professionally trained in dressage. As a 4 year old, he competed in SWDC Region 9 Pony Championships at Training Level, and also qualified the next season for Championships at First Level. He has a USDF HID number, available on request.
His current owner has been very successful with him in the hunter ring. Jumping easily around 2'6" courses. Always in the ribbons, auto changes, and still eligible greens.
This special pony is friendly, outgoing, perfect ground manners. Excellent hooves, totally sound. His junior rider has outgrown him. Shadaz is not for a total beginner, but a child with soft hands will be a perfect match! Hunters, dressage , or Combined Training, he can do the job.
