Excel's Rockin' Robin - 2002 Registered Half Welsh mare. Robin is 12.2h . Her sire is Rosmel's Cotillion, a Welsh Supreme Champion www.rosmel.com/cotillion.htm Her Grandsire, Glannant Tango, is a Legion of Merit Stallion www.rosmel.com/tango.htm with many winning offspring.
She is dead broke, safe enough for beginners under supervision.  Easy to catch and lead for even small kids, she loves attention and to work. Robin has very nice gaits, and spent this past year  in the lesson program at a local hunter barn, getting tons of miles with different riders. The trainer swears she could be Pony Finals material. This girl  has a huge step and a super form over fences. loves to work, goes over water, carries small kids on trails, and is not bothered by much. Hey, any pony that will carry a dog on her back can't be half bad! Ummm, "scratch that"...make it :any pony that will carry a dog or a cat... lots of ponies will tolerate a person carefully placing a cat on their backs, but this cat leapt from the ground onto Robin's back and proceeded to take a full bath, then "cat walked" up and down her spine. We were in stitches!

Robin finished well at the Summer Circuit 2 show, and  won several ribbons in large classes against much more experienced competition. She is getting all her leads on course and the judges really liked her movement in the flat classes.

Price Category B- $5000 - $10,000

Update! Robin did great with  new rider Chaney Heiner  at Rio Vista's October show. Several ribbons and a fun day! Good job, you two!
See below for new video and pics from that show. Check out the trot to halt and then halt to canter transition, wow!
